dead soft alluminum.
I had one set, 7 years, 2 trucks, 3 sets of headers, disasembled no tellin how many times, ZERO leaks. |

I agree 100% on the dead soft aluminum. You can buy from summit and i think there is a summit brand of these.

I cut off the collector flanges and use slip on reducers with stainless band style exhaust clamps. No gasket needed.
