91 chevy no start

5.0 No Start With Cluster In Vehicle Remove Cluster Will Start And Run But Will Die When Put In Gear Has New Iac Pcm Map Egr Valve Igntion Coil , Pickup Module Has Left Front Turn Signal On All The Time When Key Is On With Cluster In Vehicle Remove Cluster
Turn Signal Goes Out And Will Start Thanks For The Help

sounds like a short or a loose ignition switch connection. I would just start a process of elimination by disconnecting and searching for a loose connection and shorts.

New Switch All Connections Good Have Disconnected All Sensor One By One The Only Way Can Get To Run Is Take Cluster Out Any Other Ideas Thanks

maybe there is a short in the cluster?
