Fuel Cell Questions.... Return Line???
I just got an RCI fuel cell and had a few questions to see what has been done. It has 3 ports:
Fuel Feed Rollover Vent Return line I know what to do for the feed and rollover vent, but what can I do with a return line? I have a new Edelbrock manual fuel pump and it has only 1 input and 1 output so can I plug this return line? My truck is a 74 with no smoq requirements and I have a ZZ3 crate motor. |

Re: Fuel Cell Questions.... Return Line???
Yes you can plug it off. I used a bolt and a clamp on the return line for my fuel pump. You should be able to do the same thing for your sending unit.

Re: Fuel Cell Questions.... Return Line???
To solve a fuel heating problem with my Edelbrock pump, and since I had to put the different bottom inlet and outlet plate on the pump base; I put a ported fitting in one of the outlet holes and I am returning a small portion of the fuel to the tank. This seems to have solved the fuel vapor binding in the carb feed line and keeps the fuel pump cool.
