Help with a non GM

A buddy of mind called me up to help him out tonight. He drives an old F*@D f150 1983 vintage . Last night the truck just shut down on him. So right away I thought module but the truck doesn't do anything the horn works and the headlights work. The rest of the truck is dead. If you jump the solinoid it cranks over but no spark. The radio the blower motor nothing works when you turn on the ignition. So in your good wisdom and I know it's hard to admit knowing something about a f*#d but if you can help me out i would be greatful because I am truely stumped.
Thanks Guys

Re: Help with a non GM

Blown fuse link--should be coming off the starter solenoid (there is more then one-thats why part of it still works)
