Is this too good to be true?
A buddy of mine owns his own shop and has several 67-72 trucks that he messes with. He has a '72 3/4 ton 4x4, 350/350 factory AC with 90,000 miles. The motor has been rebuilt and so has the trans. All of the AC components are also new and it has front and rear AC which works. Everything is original including the paint(2 ton blue and white) which is supposed to be in good shape.
He is needing to get rid of some projects and will sell this to me for $4500. What is this truck worth?? B-dub |

It must be a Burb, right? It sounds like a great deal if all that you say is actually there and there are no gaping rust holes. If you decide not to buy it, pass it on to the board, I am sure someone here might want it. Oh PIcts helP, cuz somebody is going to say it...wait I just did?

Re: Is this too good to be true?
Yes it is a burb and he is sending pics tonight so I'll throw em' on the board tomorrow. Aparently this truck was custom ordered from the dealership with every possible option. It's sposda be pretty clean. I'm seriously considering buying it or trading my '68 for it. The only thing that is not original is it has been converted to HEI.
