Chrome alt.

Has anybody had any dealing with these people? It seems quite cheap but they have a no questions asked return policy & 5980 feedbacks with 100% positive.
I wonder how thick the cases are? It just seems too cheap to not be leary.

With that feedback and warranty, how can you go wrong? He definitely would not be at 100% if it was crap. Seems like an honest guy to deal with.

Re: Chrome alt.

Got one on the way last week from them, along with the $156 3/4 ceramic coated headers!!! and a mini starter for about $15 more than a brand new full size!! I talked with them on the phone and seemed fairly knowledgeable, but I did talk to the grandson of the owner I think. I should be getting my parts tomorrow and will give and update of what the parts look like.

Re: Chrome alt.

Yep, been using their HEI dizzy for years and cheap too!!! Like $55-60 for a 50K complete HEI polished aluminum dizzy. My local Chevy performance dealer sells the alt's as well, more pricey there of course $105, but still a good brand imo..
Check on the shipping as it said due to deliver today(Quantum verifyied a few days ago), but I tracked and UPS says it hasen't gotten the package yet? Still will post pics and what they look like when they arrive.

Re: Chrome alt.

I have used several procomp suspension pieces and tires on my other truck. Everything I have gotten seems to be good quality. I dont think they actually make very much stuff themselves though. From what I hear they are a brand owned by 4wheelparts.com that sells rebranded parts cheap.

EDIT: after looking at those I think I'm wrong above. ProComp Electronics seems to be different company from Procomp that sells suspension parts

I bought one for my CST from these guys. The alternator functions fine and it is REALLY nice! The chrome is beautiful! My only gripe is that the alternator is noisy at idle. Just at idle though. I sent the first one back, just received another and it it slightly less noisy. As soon as you rev the engine a little, it's quiet. Oh well.

I would recommend the seller. He is an honest guy.
