'71 big block clutch linkage
I'm looking for the ball stud bracket which bolts onto the side of a big block (400) which the Z-bar pivots on. Anybody have one or know where I can find one?

HAVE YOU TRIED YOUR LOCAL G.M. DEALER?? I GOT ONE THERE A COUPLE OF SUMMERS AGO. IF THEY CAN'T OR WON'T LOCATE ONE FOR YOU (SOME DEALERSHIP PARTS GUYS ARE JUST PLAIN LAZY & WORTHLESS IF THEIR COMPUTER SAYS "DISCONTINUED") TRY NAPA. I BELIEVE THEY HAVE EM. JOHN

Re: '71 big block clutch linkage
I have tried my local dealer who has been very good about finding parts and this part that I need (#3973498) has been discontinued and even their dealer locator and also parts voice has failed to locate the bracket for me.

You should be advised that posting want ads in the message board forum is against the rules you just agreed to recently. Look up top at the subscribe link and then you can post all the want or for sale ads you like in the classifieds section. The classifieds is a pay for ad section...it's how the board funds it's existence.
