1971 k5 fuel sending unit
I have a 71 k5 blazer that the fuel guage has never worked on. When looking at the gas tank there is only one wire that is conected and I do not see any ground wire. I compared it to my 70 suburban ambulance which has the main wire and a ground. Are some units internally grounded inside of the gas tank or am I missing an external ground wire? Is there any quick test to see if the guage works as well? It is pinned in the full position. Thank you for your time.
