bushing sizes?? outside spring or inside?

Anybody buy leaf spring bushings (4x4) recently? Energy Suspension and LMC truck differentiate between "main eye outside diameter" of 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 inches. I have an unknown year frame and running gear, I guess late 70s. It has a dana 44 front, and a TH400, NP203. Obviously a 3/4 ton, but I haven't figured out yet what I need for bushings. It looks like the OD of the main eye bushings (rear axle) are about 1 1/2 inches, and the outside diameter of the spring is about 1 3/4 inches. I e-mailed Energy Suspensions to ask exactly what they are measuring, with no reply yet. Thanks for any help guys!!

Jeff

Re: bushing sizes?? outside spring or inside?

I am pretty sure they are measuring the OD of the bushing or the ID of the spring eye.
