Re: Alternator Question

Do a search on here for "alternator" and you'll find it. I did mine not too long ago, and I think it was out of a 84 Camaro with the HO 350. It's a 94amp alt.
Paid like $60 for it at Autozone

Re: Alternator Question

I just bought a new internal regulated alternator for my 454, it was for a 1990 chevy 1/2 ton pickup 2 or 4 wheel drive. its rated at 105 amps, it is a 4 wire alternator. worked great. I switched the belt pulley from my old alternator because the new one is set up for a serpintine belt.

Re: Alternator Question

I used one for an 84 Corvette. It's a 108 amp unit and you will have to do a pulley swap. Both of these pics are the same alternator, it's just two different trucks.
