Re: My New Project
Thanks.I was suprised it was so cheap. It was going to be crushed.I just bought a new set of doors for it,the only other body pieces it needs is part of the bed side and a tailgate.

Re: My New Project
Whatever you do , keep that hood ornament! It rocks! Can we assume the engine is in the bed since the bed has a tarp on it?

Re: My New Project
Well,I thought I would bring this thread back up to show some current pics of it and show some progress. Its been stripped down to the frame and its being sandblasted. The cab is waiting for new rockers and cab corners, the bed is under a tarp awaiting some minor work, and the front clip is ready for primer.I am getting ready to buy a truck just for the rebuilt drivetrain for this. Here is a link to its complete build thread:http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...12#post1872412

Re: My New Project
Nothing like the experience of taking a truck down to its frame. Good luck with the donor vehicle and getting it back together.
