(Floor shift vs. Column shift)...???

I picked up the B&M Megashifter a few years back for my 700r4, but the shifter has to be ratcheted back to any given lower gear desired.

So I tossed the shifter and am looking to either keep it all clean with some
kind of column shift conversion for the 4spd auto or a nice looking floor shift with mechanical linkage (still keeping the bench seat in place)

Whats your preference? Recomendation? (pics?)
