Post your dual exhaust pics
I have just installed a blazer fuel tank and had to remove my tailpipes. I would like to keep the exhaust coming staight out the back. Any one have any pics with exhaust out the back with a blazer tank? I could run it outside the frame rails but would like some more ideas. Here some pics before the gas tank was installed. Pipes exited where the tank sits now.

Re: Post your dual exhaust pics
any muffler shop can make pipes run outside the framerails and out the back, because think about it, 90% of trucks have a spare tire there.

Re: Post your dual exhaust pics
I think that is a special battery box that lowers down so you can access it under the truck

Re: Post your dual exhaust pics
I think these pics look like dammit but they are what I have on file. I had mine ran outside the frame after the axle. I wanted it this way so I could go back and move the tank later without having to run new exhaust. The truck is dropped 6" out back and uses the ECE extreme drop crossmember. All the pipe is higher than the bottom of the frame(before the axle) for ground clearance. I also had an H pipe welded in.

Re: Post your dual exhaust pics
That is nice! I have not thought about going through the cross member like that. Good idea.

Re: Post your dual exhaust pics
I have stepside also, and mine come out on a 45 degree angle in front of the tires. IMO, it looks good right under the steps.

Re: Post your dual exhaust pics
All those are really nice but I have a question( not trying to steal the thread), has anyone ever tried running dual exhaust and put a dual in/out muffler, like the vets have, right in the area behind the rearend kinda where the spare tire hanger is? Think it would work?
