Had some free time and finally put the factory brushguard on. Cant thankya enough for one more piece of the puzzle. Now if i could only find another.

Lookin`good there with the brush guard,racks gone,and white 8-holers.Did you put a chrome bumper on or was that on it?BTW Bruce,if you want,you can ship those 9.75s w/clips if you still have them.Just give me a total.I got the other two,so you know I gotta have`em.

I really like this truck. Even though it rides like crap (you would'nt think so with the long wheelbase). Still trying to find some 19.5 rims and then put on narrow 34's to lift it even more. Should'nt be a problem with the 8 inches of factory lift. SpecialK: yes the bumper was factory white but severely tweaked. I just happened to have a good original chrome one. When i paint the truck, bumper (and hooks) will probably be white again. TMS; (like clint eastwood says, a legend in my own mind).

That is one awesome truck for sure. My 69 had that style grill guard - think I better just keep it in case I ever want to reinstall it - it is somewhat mangled from prior owner's farm use.

That grill gaurd sure looks better on your truck rather than on my barn loft floor.

I haven't been on the board regularly now for some time. Something about working 10-12 hours on the computer at work for months on end that take all the fun out of surfing the web.....Someday I will get back to my panel truck too.
