14 bolt full floater 1 ton rearend

This is kind of a cross year/body style question.

Looking to get an aftermarket aluminum diff cover for my 2000 "Old Body Style". More fluid capacity/cooling.

Did the 14 bolt/ff rears change at all from 1981 to 2000? I see a ton of listings up to 81' ? I don't want to buy the wrong cover. I believe that this "is" the 10.5" ring gear model.

Their kinda spendy so I thought I would ask first to make sure I was ordering the right part.

Thanks...
