Defroster no work?
Getting to that time of year in the Northwest that you need the heater in the AM & the AC in the PM.
Anywho, I went to use my windshield defronster & it seems that the dampers won't move to deflect the air up to the defroster. Anyone have this issue or have an idea of where or how the parts work. I'm hoping I don't have to take the whole dash apart, but I have to get it done soon! Thanks.

Re: Defroster no work?
Check for vacuum leaks, broken or a misplaced hose. The damper doors open and close thru a vacuum operated motor, the door or door actuator may just be stuck. See if you can get near it to give it a nudge if there are no vacuum issues. It may just need a little exersize to keep it moving. I hope its simple, good luck.
