March Serpentine and power steering help?
I've got a March Equipment Serpentine kit that came with it's own PS pump...
I need to add a remote reservoir (Which I have), and then need to plumb into the steering gear... The PS pump has the return line pressed into it, and it actually turns underneath, and toward the oil pan.... Anybody have any pointers or resources?

Can you just heat it then bend it?

Re: March Serpentine and power steering help?
No, the fitting is pressed into the pump... I might be able to pull it out, rotate it, and then press it back in, but I was hoping someone else has been here and had a better solution... It'd save me a ton of heartache...

For the price of that, wouldn't it be better to ask March. JMHO. That is one nice piece of equip. I've dreamt of that, someday maybe I'll be rich

Re: March Serpentine and power steering help?
FYI:
I was able to "finesse" the fitting... I got a medium-large crescent wrench, and "muscled" the fitting... it did turn, and all is well.. Truck runs, PS works! I hope it helps someone out there who was scratching their head wondering what do do in a similar situation..
