pinion angle
I have my rolling chassis set up for a 5" rear drop(3" springs and 2" blocks)and a 3.5" in the front will this amount of drop cause any issues with the pinion angle? If it will how much drop can you have without affecting it.

I've had an airbagged truck and the one I have now is dropped 6'' in the back and I have never had an issue with the pinion angle. No problems at all with a 5'' rear drop.

Hmmm! Intresting to me .Randy I laid a triangle with degrees wheel that indicates degrees. I set it on top of the tranie where the drive shaft slips in .noted the degrees then set it on the drive shaft noted that degree . Then I checked the angle in degree for the differential. The diff is 3 degree lower. It does just fine , Did not know exactly what I was doing anyway . and works just fine. My old drag race car is 7 degree below level. works good. 12 years still all good.my .02%

THanks to all for your replies. I Like powell72 responce the best, no worries!! It looks as the rear is kick up a bit since I lowered it, but I don't have the tranny or driveshaft in yet either. I will check it all out in about a month when the tranny gets here. Thanks again guys!!!
