factory tint, taillights
hey guys. Anyways, feel like it's time to start throwing some more cash into my 97, and I was thinking of doing some tint, lights, and some other things. Anyways, I got a cheap pair of those ever-so-popular LPC Euro-style taillights on my truck (they're okay, could be better) anyways, I was wondering if anybody knew of some good looking aftermarket taillights for 88-98's that actually fit good. Don't get me wrong, I hate ricers, and I think the stock taillights actually look good, but when we test fit my buddy's taillights on there, I kinda got to thinkin bout them. Anyways, I'm going to get some new clear chrome-backed euro-style kinda headlights with clear side lights, soon, and I'd like to find some good taillights, too. If nothing else, I guess I could always take the stock taillights, clean them up, and try and get some new, bright, bulbs in there.
Second thing I wanted to know was the stock tint level on the side windows on my 97 K1500. I was thinking about tinting the back three all the way (extended cab and back window) with like 5%, and tinting the front two sides to the legal limit here. Anyways, I need to know the factory-tint level on the side windows, so I can figure something out. Thanks p.s. there's one style of tail lights I was looking at getting to replace the aftermarket ones I have now, I found them here...evil-bay anybody dealt with those kind? I wonder if they'd fit right, or not...
