Pro Street blower hood clearance?

I'm thinking about goin' ahead and ordering Weiand's 177 ProStreet blower when I build my 402. I'm wonderin' what the hood clearance will be like. If I have to cut my hood, ya think enough will be out to make it look decent?

Anyone have pics of our trucks with one of these little blowers?

You can do a Centrifugal Supercharger so you do not have to cut the hood. It will also allow you more boost if you want. I put on a procherger and love it. http://www.procharger.com/index.html

more boost psi but less volume, it all works out in the end.

you will probably have to run a low, thin air cleaner to clear the stock hood but it could be done, a real nice side flowing air cleaner that has a the k&n type on the ends or a low proflie cleaner base with a thin cleaner and a k&n lid cleaner.
