69-72 Grille
Does anyone know if the 1969-70 grilles can be put into a 1972? Also...what parking lamp lens assemblies do you use for the 70 grille? I can't find any place that has them. Thank you all.

Yes they can be swapped, I know the parklamp assembly's are availbile from LMC, but some of the board vendors may have them too

Re: 69-72 Grille
The only ones that are available from LMC are those for 67-68 and 71-72. That is the same for everywhere...LMC, Pauls, Classic Ind, etc. Do you think that the 67-68 housings will work, but need a 69-70 lens? Thank you

Re: 69-72 Grille
No you will need 69-70 housings. Just look on the parts board or the junk yard for a 69-70 park lights and get them there. You will also need to swap the latch support brace from a 69-70, these are avaliable new. You might be able to use your existing hood latch, but there is a different one for 69-70. It has to do with the release handle. Not sure if a 71-72 handle will be ok with the 69-70 grill. I hope this helps.

Re: 69-72 Grille
Have you tried Athey's Truck Parts? He is a site vendor. He seems to find the hard to find stuff.

Re: 69-72 Grille
Hey, I've got a couple I'll sent to you for free if you pay shipping. I believe they are all there (took them off when I installed a billet grill)
I can send pics of them tonight if you want. Let me know your address and I'll let you know how much shipping will be. Rg

Re: 69-72 Grille
Here's the pics. The housings have been painted black and the lenses are crap. The wires at the back are cut short but that shouldn't be a problem. I will check shipping costs at lunch.
