Do you have a title for what you have now???? Do you have the VIN plate for the tub? Was the vehicle obtained from a junkyard, or have a junked title? If so, take it out of state and get a title there. (OR or NV) Keep it reg'd there for a year or two, then bring it back into CA. WHY do you need an inspection on your brakes? A Blazer is not classified as a truck.???
