Re: What did everyone get done this weekend?
Played with my carb, trying to understand why the smell from my exhaust is soooo toxic. Stand by my truck for 10 mins while running and it will start burning your eyes something awful. Man I wish i could find someone to adjust my carb near by. Its got to be the reason my engine makes so many ticking noises.

Re: What did everyone get done this weekend?
I, myself put new wheels and tires on the truck & got it tagged. Went to bleed the brakes and foundout why the PO gave up on the truck (he snapped the bleeder off in a rear wheel cyl), so $10 later the truck has better brakes than my sunfire does. Also got the engine together.

Re: What did everyone get done this weekend?
Nothing on the truck except for driving it. Spent both days under the hood of the Vette restoring the valve covers and other misc things, then came in to see my Cowboys WHIP the Colts! I love Peyton Manning, but love the fact that my team killed their perfect record even more.

Re: What did everyone get done this weekend?
Nothing on the 70. I did BS a couple hours with EdB on Saturday, but this weekend was yard work. Cut down some trees yesterday that got hit by lighting during Katrina (I guess), and hauled them out. Yanked the stumps out today and cleaned up some other brush from the yard. Well at least the Dodge got a workout and dirty.

Re: What did everyone get done this weekend?
Finally got my 72 running right again. I had a very persistent miss and found out the number one plugwire boot had melted through and was shorting out on the header. Bought a new set of shorter plugs and put a different boot on it. Also curved the distributor, it runs better now.

Re: What did everyone get done this weekend?
Well Saturday morning my parents and in-laws came over and found out they are getting a grandchild Then we spent the day getting the kid's room ready for him (I am hopping) for about 7months from now. We started with the wall cabnets and got most of it done. Their will be 4 drawers on each side on the bottom and 3 shelves up top. Then a built in toy box under the two windows.

Re: What did everyone get done this weekend?
Hey Boise, is your truck still jetted for "Boise". It must be higher elevation than where you're at now. Oh ya, all I did all weeken is Electrical Maintenance at the gold mine I work at. Making "play money" for my Fuelcell guy tank.
