I would soak the bolts for a day in PB Blaster. Hope this helps somewhat. J.

Re: Blazer Rear Quarters
Drill out the spot welds in the front "b" pillar post, unbolt along the floor and wheelhouse area, grind and cut the rear weld to the floor and rear crossmember if my memory serves me right.

Re: Blazer Rear Quarters
I'm in a similar situation; I have remnants of a rough Blazer tub from which I'm saving the bed floor. I've already removed the front floor pan from the bed, and now I want to remove the bed sides. Where are these spot welds in the front "b" pillar post?

Re: Blazer Rear Quarters
The are at the very front leading edge of the quarter panel where it meets the back of the door. Look in that edge. You should be able to see them. Let me go in the garage and take a quick look to make sure.

Re: Blazer Rear Quarters
You can remove the quarterpanels by unbolting them and removing the tie-in welds that go from the floor to the B-C pillars. These are not spot welds but a tie-in the floor to the B-C pillars on the bottom inner edge where the pillar meets the top of the floor.
