rear suspension

For 5 inch drop springs in the rear would i need to c notch the frame? and how does blocks effect the suspension? would 5 inch springs on 1 inch blocks need c notching? thanks for help j

P.S if anyone has lowered long bed pictures or trucks on 20's feel free to post, im trying to find how low to go. - and yes iv seen the wheel tire fitment post befor

You wouldn't need to notch the frame for either the 5'' or 6'' rear drop. There's nothing wrong with getting 6'' with a 5'' spring and 1'' block. The other items you'll need will be shock relocators and a super track bar kit for the 6'' or an adjustable bar for the 5''.

How much are you planning on dropping the front? Is it drum or disc? If it's drum are you planning on converting? I'm assuming since you want to see longbed pics that's what your truck is, 3/5 kits look good on them, plus you get 1'' extra travel than with the 6''.

yes i was thinking more 2.5 spindals on 1 inch drop springs
on 5 inch or 5 and 1 inch block its just hard to see drop and 20's on lwb not too many. drum-drum now but goin with front conversion
