Removing a EGR Valve
Folks what is the best/easiest way to remove a EGR valve? In looking at mine today I don't see any way of getting a socket underneath that thing, and it also looks like I may have to remove the carb as well. Also, I did manage to get a wrench on one of the bolts, but it felt like it was absolutely frozen, so I didn't go any further fearing I would round off the bolt. Any suggestions from the experts would be much appreciated.

Re: Removing a EGR Valve
I've removed several and was only able to get to the bolts by removing the carburetor. Be gentle as you don't want to twist the bolts in two. I believe the factory uses good grade bolts but heat does a lot of damage over the years.
