caliper clearance with rims? too little?

I'm looking and changing over to a newer Dana 44 front end (4WD) with disc brakes. I just bought one and tried out my 15" rims. How minimal of clearance should you allow between the two? I bet mine is 1/8th of an inch in two spots. I guess I could grind a little if I had to. any opinions from guys (or gals) that have changed over to calipers and worried about clearance? here is a pic...
