Re: Floormats

I am getting the impression that no one is using the rubber mats?? Only carpets??? Just curious if someone has purchased lately and kinda would like to know if anyone knows if the ones with tails either side to fit full length along the sides , still are available????

Anyone out there??????

Re: Floormats

Put a rubbermat in a 70 4WD last week, put one in my 69 2WD early this summer. Both were bought from seperate venders. I seen no difference in quality of the two. First one was bought from GMC Pauls, and laid in storage a good while. Putting down a insulation under it helps with the final looks & the trickiest part was insuring you making holes for gear shift. Kinda makes me nervious punching holes in a $80 mat although the shift boots cover a few inches either way. I think do some shopping around possibly made from the same manufacture..but I have no proof of that...hope this helps..
