Question Blower and engine angle question

Have had my blown 355 in (71 Fleet SWB, 871 wiend 2 4bb) for a couple of weeks now and the angle of the hilborn scoop in increasingly bothering me. The angle of the engine is really exaggerating the scoop angle. I'm needing some help brain-storming on how to level it out. Does anyone make a wedge bottom plate perhaps? Can it be as simple as raising the rear of the scoop with a homemade lift tube or will this throw off my fuel/oxy ratio for the back carb? Last option would be to slam the front and add 3 inches to the rear, that wouldn't bother any purist here would it????

raise the tranny mount or lower the motor mount would really help give you the cartoonish leaned forward look.

you could take a carbspacer toa machinest and have it * milled followed with sloting the carb mount holes at home to lean it forward some.

another option would be to get a double flanged spacer, the style with a narrow neck inbetween the top and bottom, usually 2" spacers. cut the top off and angle the neck and reweld the flange. it would eliminate the slotting of the carb and keep you studs 90* to the carb flange.
