New User - Old truck
Just up the street
 I saw this truck sitting on the back of a garage, from a dirt road I was hiking on. I stopped in to see it it was for sale, A old lady answered the door and I asked if the truck was for sale, She said "For sale, how about just get it out of here" she then paused a few seconds ......."for free". A deal was struck!!! A 1970 3/4 ton Custom Camper with LS9 350,Turbo 350 trans, Dana 4.10 posi. factory custom cloth interior, dual battery's. The engine was pulled for some work 10 years ago, but it was never reinstalled. The engine and trans are getting a good cleaned, new gaskets, seals, filters, pumps. Clean - no rust, cab corners, tool box door, bed, door bottoms. Some new door skins and some small dent work and recoat with the original paint. Currently some SERIOUS cleaning in the works.......... Must be something about 70 GMC blue 3/4 tons! Here is a picture of the one that I found and the owner wanted off the yard, mine cost 2 bottles of whiskey. Here is a picture of where I found it.
