According to the description, its been primered, and has sat in storage. Would be interested in seeing it stripped to see if its been painted before I shell out $400 for it.

Looks NOS to me.
Back then body panels did not come with the black primer that we are now used to.

he is a board member midstate67-72 and only has the best parts i have spent a few thousand buying parts from him he is a very honest stand up guy

Good to know, I was just curious because there was those screws on the side of the tailgate and I didn't think that NOW fenders came with those screws, still a nice lookin tailgate.
