Bowtie (all lit up!)
Maybe it was a one off , but I remember seeing a mid 70s truck with a grill bow tie emblem that was lit up with the parking lights.
Does anyone know of any now or ever that are lighted for or trucks? Or ,was I lit up????????????? |

Re: Bowtie (all lit up!)
ttt. Seriously, I did see it and would like one, I think it would be a time consuming adventyre to do a one off, I could but don't see the time in my tunnel of life right now . If they are out there I would be in the market. Or do I have an idea here for a business venture. ( HEY I thought of it first No stealing ideas!!!!! )

Re: Bowtie (all lit up!)
you could probably make one, using the bowtie on your truck.
just drill a couple holes in the backside of the emblem, be careful to only drill through the backing, and not the blue plastic. insert a couple LED's into the holes you drilled, secure with hot glue, and hook them to a switch. the blue prism should light up nicely. and this would only cost maybe $10

Re: Bowtie (all lit up!)
I know they use to sell them, they were called "Glow Ties" and they looked just like the stock gold emblem, but had a bunch of little holes all over it... not sure if they still have them, but im searching
