Frames

I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times,but are the 1/2t and 3/4t frames the same?-COIL=COIL.LEAF SPRING=LEAF SPRING.I thought I read somewhere that they are but not too sure.

the coil 3/4 ton has a little added braceing, and the cab mounts are a bit lower on the frame/... otherwise, same.
