Don't cha just love block sanding?

Started doing a little block sanding today in preparation of painting my ole "Jimmy".

Was working on rebuilding the big block but had to stop, my cam won't be shipped until 1-1-07, got er set up and ready to degree just need a cam.

Should get my intake, stall converter, and headers tomorrow, gotta get my firewall painted so the engine can be set in place.

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Call me nuts but I enjoy block sanding! Once you get to this step it is almost all down hill!

Well, load up the kids and the war department (that's what I call my wife) and come on down.

Make it in the summer and we'll invite the neighbors over, brew up a batch of burgoo, bar-b-que some chickens, drink some beverages, and lie to each other.

Sounds great. I wanted to take long rides with the Mrs. when this Jimmy is done. Kids are all gone, except for Jeremy on the weekends. Never did see Ol Kentucky before, hope I can find it! J.

I'll have to wait to find out what burgoo is
