Any interest in '72 4x4 stuff?

Someone offered to sell me a complete '72 Chevy truck--C20 4x4, original 350 engine, longbed, std trans. It's from the original owner and has been parked since the late '80's. It's kinda rusty, so I don't know if it's worth building. I don't have any experience with 4x4 trucks or know the popularity. Is there a demand for 4x4 parts or should I just pass it up? If I have to part it out, what parts are desirable?

The entire drivetrain is an excellent pick for about any 4x4 project. I would grab it in a heartbeat.
