draining tank
If I pull the fuel line off my in cab fuel tank, will that drain all the fuel out?

as long as the end of the line is below the lowest point in the tank physics says it will. you may need to get it started by sucking a little out.

You can either run a piece of garden hose in the filler and siphone it out or put a piece of fuel line on the outlet line and siphone it like that. Just keep the end lower than the tank.

When I pulled my fuel lines off, it still left a few gallons in the tank, it sloshed from side to side big time as I cared it out of the shop. More so than you would think. If you can drain it completely it will be much better.
