26 wide 12 tall 40 long. Yes it will fit between the frame rails on 64-87 gm trucks. It is 6in too long on most models though. It would probably fit a longhorn perfectly but I don’t have one to measure. No sending unit. It’s setup for a universal available pretty much anywhere. Yes they are new. I have 2 of them.

6in too long meaning it won't fit between the crossmembers, correct?
I'll go do some measuring...I could move crossmembers no problem.
I suppose shipping would be killer anyway.
