Question about frames and crew cabs

I have a 1 Ton C/30 frame that I have listed for sale locally. Its a 157" Wheel Base. The guy asked if it was a crew cab... I know people have been building them .. but were they ever built by GM? Also, what is every one doing for a frame? Lengthening a C/10 or C/20 frame? What wheel base are you ending up? How about the distance between the front CAB mount and the rear cab mount for a Crew Cab? Does anyone have the distance for a Burb from the front mount to the mount by the rear door?
