Outdoor car covers

My truck has to live outside at the moment as my puney little UK garage is way too small. Does anyone in the US make a waterproof fitted cover for a 67 C10? I'm not bothered about the bed but as my windshield leaks I want something to cover the cab. As the $/£ exchange rate is great at the moment it seems an ideal time to buy one.

Re: Outdoor car covers

Phew those are pricey, even with todays good exchange rate, once you add international shipping on its gonna be a deal breaker really. Anyone else, Ideally just looking for a cover for the cab not the bed as its the cab that leaks.

Re: Outdoor car covers

Nobody in the states makes a cover just for the cab of a truck. I know what you mean about those tiny british garages. I lived in Caversfield from '97 to 2000 and had a '58 Anglia in mine doing some work for a friend. Good luck on your search.

Re: Outdoor car covers

The best cover I have seen is the Noah model sold by many of the car cover dealers such as California covers and others. The best price I have seen is from Summit Racing. They sell a "custom fit" longbed Noah for $171.69. The model number is 173-13234. That is a smokin' price for a thick waterproof cover!. My dad uses this on his 70'.

Re: Outdoor car covers

I've managed to find a specialist in the UK that sells covers for US vehicles so my credit card is now somewhat lighter than it was this morning. This is a heavy duty breathable cover. Thanks for all your help guys.

Re: Outdoor car covers

In the end I went for a full cover that'll cover the bed as well as the cab, at least the wood floor will get some protection too. I guess I may have to put some boards across underneath it between the bed rails to stop it pooling in the back. Maybe I'll make up a light wooden/tube frame to give it a roof shape!
