My little helper

This is my 4 year old. He loves working on my truck with me.

Re: My little helper

Looks like pretty good help there! There's something about old trucks that bring the generations together. I enjoy working on my truck and my 21 year old sons car with him.

Enjoy 'em while they are young. The time flies.

Re: My little helper

Ya, I remember when I used to do that with my dad on his 64 ford. I got the chevy and he helped get it running and now I'm past his knowledge (and mine as well) so he doesn't try and just watches me do the work and learns from my mistakes and we usually play off each other to solve the issues which arise, its fun.

Re: My little helper

That's very cool - I have a 6-year-old granddaughter who knows all the words to some Beatles tunes and her 2 younger brothers sometimes hang out with me in the garage where my '66 stepside project lives (the 3-year-old still thinks every yellow car he sees is my 'vette!). We'll teach 'em right.
