SPID Questions ???
My SPID says that my truck came with "Below Eyeline" mirors.. What in the heck are Below Eyeline mirrors???
Also my 71 Chevy has a steel bed and a leaf sping rear end. I saw on another thread that the leaf spring Chevy's were not that common...Is this rare, and if it is how rare? (you know real rare or just kinda rare  ) Thanks...Paul

I think you had to special order leafs on the rear of the chevys for our year trucks and the opposite was true for GMC's. As far as "below eyeline mirrors", I think that refers to the position of the mirror on the vehicle. You have to look down, or below your line of sight, to see the mirror but it's just a guess.
