a few pics

finally figured out how to post pics ,,,,thanks Mark (Ragenrat),,,heres a few of the crusty old 67 & the bbc to sbc swap,,got to replumb some brake lines so the header's dont rub & ran a new 3/8 s.s. fuel line ,,gonna try the new mounts from Brothers,,hope it works.
Does the BBC intake gasket look right to ya'll?

I hope to fire it up next week,,,should be pretty healthy,,10:1 .030 454,,stuck a Lunati voodoo cam it ?,,,101cc closed chamber heads,all new Manley ss vlvs etc. Been a while since i've built a rat motor,,,these boogers have gotten exspensive.

Jon, Is that a oil pressure gauge on the block above oil filter? Details? I'd like to install one like that for my engine breakin...

Yeah sweet
I just stuck it on there to prelube the motor,,,i have an old Mallory dual point dist i cut the top half off of & made a preoiler & spin it with my 1/2 " drill motor.
You'll need an elec drillmotor ,,,my dewalt cordless aint got enuff guts to spin the pump & my 3/8" elec moans pretty good.
It's just a brass bushing & 1/8" pipe nipple with a S&W gauge screwed to it.
Thats the spot where I'll plumb my gauge line back to the orig dash gauge.
