What are these for?
These are brackets on my 71 swb 4x4.I dont remember these being hooked up or connected to anything when I took the truck apart.One side is rusted pretty bad and I would like to know if these are for anything and if I should just cut it off and not worry about it.There is 2,one on each side.These are in the back of the frame in front of a crossmember.

Im guessing park brake cable?? Not 100% sure though

yes, they are for the ebrake cable.

I guess I should start looking for a replacement for that one side or make my own out of some scrap metal.Thanks for the help.
