Identifying engine block

Well im having the hardest time figuring out is my 66 Stepside C20 is a 283 or 250 ci. could someone help me find out? Also where in the world can i find a new hood for the truck. at LMCTrucks.com it has every piece i need but no complete hood =[.

Is it a 6 cyl. or a V8? A 283 is a V8, and a 250 is a 6 cyl
