Anyone got pics of 60-66 chevy's on 22 inch wheels? Any that are bagged or bodydroped? This is my first day and I already love this site.

looks nice got a lot of time invested in that but i'm more of the classic look kind of guy give me some 15 inch wheels and i'm fine

On some trucks, the big diameter wheels look good, but for me, the 60-66 trucks do not look good with them unless you stagger the heights. When the tire heights are equal front/back, the rears look terrible. I prefer the 18/20" combo instead, but I like the street rod look. Love those bare metal trucks! I saw the write-up in Custom Trucks, and the metal work was very impressive.

Sweet rides..my 62 is sporting 20''s with bags....it is in the project stage still but it should be a rolling a chasis in a week or two...what a job....it's a good thing I like this stuff

They are in Cali so rust really isnt an issue... if it gets surface rust just sand it off

What type of lowering suspension are you planning on running? Bags? Static?

a fixed height... as in springs, spindles, blocks etc... not adjustable

Static. i cant bag it cuz it was my grandfathers he got new in 65 and 2 years a go he gave it to me and he told me that he did not want me to do it like my other truck is so i told him i want.
