WTB: patch panel (12" center ridge on hood)
My cowl is gonna be shaved and I want to follow the hood line into the cowl. Can someone cut up an old beat up hood they have for a patch panel? I'm looking for a 12" square from the very back center of hood (part closest to cowl) that includes the ridge line in the hood. That is the part I need.

I think I have a hood that would work. I'll look when I get home in a few hours. If it looks good I'll post a pic. If you want it it's yours, you just pay shipping.

Here's the pics.
  The edge of the big dent (bondo) is about 10 inches from the edge. It's a 71 hood but I think this section is the same.

mine is a 67/68 hood that I am going to cut another patch out of and also practice welding on. I can get pics tomorrow...

67Fleet, it's boxed up and waiting for your info. BTW, anyone else need a piece of this hood before I trash it? The left side has a HUGE dent but the right side is good.
