Seattle Newbie
Sure am glad I found this board! Just looking for like-minded people. Currently restoring my pristine '69 chevy fleetside 3/4 ton in maroon. Also working on my '84 chevy 3/4 ton van in galaxy blue. My daily-driver is a restored '86 celica GT in cambridge gray. The van is a shorty, and the last year manufactured. The pickup was my dad's and purchased new. The toyota is my urban thrash-mobile that has saved my hide many times because of its' incredible accident-avoidance capabilities. That has been my routine for a while now. I like to have a pickup for light-hauling. The van is my RV. And I get my jollies with the sports-car handling of the celica GT. Lastly, great board and thanks to the techs who help to maintain it. Robert.

Re: Seattle Newbie
A big HOWDY from Wallburg, NC. It's great to keep these trucks in the family so long. I've got my Grandpa's '68 that he bought new. Don't ever get rid of it.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I may be a yankee, but I'm a rebel at heart! To my brothers south of the Mason-Dixon Line, a great big Howdy to you all, and keep the cards and letters coming...
