CNC laser cut from new 20 gauge sheetmetal, these are made slightly oversized to ensure a perfect fit. The 20 gauge sheetmetal is a touch thicker than the OEM or aftermarket sheetmetal, and helps to reducing warpage during welding.

I'm working on both of those Joe. I am in the process of putting together a new CNC plasma cutting machine, and hope to start making those items very soon after I get it up and running.

I'm working on em, slowly but surely. I've got the basic shape drawn in CAD, but need to figure out a way to put the correct shape into the final cut part to match the body lines right there.

Glock, cut the gas fuel filler a little oversize and when people are welding them on start from the bottom and work your way up and then hammer as you go along for proper fit. That is what I do.
