A few pics of my truck and engine.

I have seen so many beautiful trucks out here, kind of makes me envious to be truthful.

I have so many hours not to mention dollars in mine.

It's not really ready to show, but here goes, figured I would put out a few pictures.

Thanks to all that have answered my good and not so good questions.

Your truck IS a show truck compared to mine! What year is that brake booster and master cylinder assy? Look how mine sticks out farther and slopes downward. It's from a 72.

Mike,

I just finished the power brake conversion.
The master cylinder is to a 73 Chevy C10 1/2 ton. I like casue the bleeders on it.
The booster came from Mother Truckers. It is a 9" out of a 69 3/4 ton I think. Back then they were mounted under the truck I believe, they put the bracket on and sell them as replacements now.
I don't really like the angle, but was told they all have it. They were designed this way because of the limited space with the big blocks.
Hope this helps!

Very nice work. How much did you lower it?

What paint color is that? Good choice.

Absolutely beatiful work under the hood. You should be very proud of the quality, clean work you have there. I am working on cleaning up my engine compartment next, after installing the seats. Hope I can get it to look close to yours.

Well done.

You have a very nice truck!!! Looks good. Also what is the engine from? I see it's a late model block due to the dip stick on the passenger side.
