Wheels are in! um, 3 of them

Fedex dropped off my wheels, he was one short, maybe tomorrow it will be here.
Hopefully this next week, I'll have time to get my drop kit in. Have the front end tore apart right now, just got the a arms back from machine shop, going to powdercoat as soon as I can find time to get over there, then back to machine shop for new bushings, then put it all back on, and roll....

Wait - why did you have to take your A-arms to the machine shop the first time? You're talking about the DJM control arms, right?

Rims/tires look sweet!

Sorry, was thinking of a different truck.

Balljoints make sense. Was wondering they didn't fit correctly or something.

I hope you have better luck getting your stuff straightened out than I did with them. I was promised a new set of center caps 4 different times and still have never gotten them . It has been almost a year now.

Angry Re: Wheels are in! um, 3 of them

Damn !! I got mine about 3 weeks ago and I have been too busy to get them put on. I opened the boxes to make sure it was all there and stuck them in the garage. I think mine were 5.5 BS rear also. Does the .5 make that much of a differance ? I'm thinking my fronts were 5 or 5.25 BS.
So I guess those are wrong too. Did you have to pay to have them shipped back ? I guess I'll go home and see if they fit.

Re: Wheels are in! um, 3 of them

well, coys told me they would send a fedex tag prepaid for me to ship them back. We will see if it comes monday or tuesday.
.5 in essence is not alot, but it can very well make a big difference. Make the wheel and tire "in" too much.
